Why Ukrainian couriers in Czechia rent bikes with us

No licence, no insurance

A pedelec rated up to 250 W and 25 km/h isn't a motor vehicle in Czechia — no driving licence, no registration, no povinné ručení required.

Two batteries for a full shift

Add a spare battery and stay on the route the whole day without rolling back home for a charge.

We speak your language

Our managers speak Ukrainian. Contracts, briefings and chat support are all in your language — no translation needed.

Each bike checked

Before handover a mechanic looks at the brakes, the battery and the running gear. We only send out bikes that are truly ready.

Repairs on us

If a breakdown isn't your fault, bring the bike to our Prague workshop — we cover the bill.

No fine print

The number, the deposit, the rules — all on the table before you sign. No surprise charges popping up mid-month.

What our couriers in Czechia say

🇨🇿 Prague

Joined Wolt right after my move. Bike and papers were sorted out within a day. Now I cruise around Prague and hit my weekly target without breaking a sweat.

🇨🇿 Pilsen

First time ever on an e-bike — got the hang of it in a couple of days. The team speaks Ukrainian, which saved me a lot of time at the start.

🇨🇿 Prague

Hit a curb hard, the wheel was done. Dropped the bike off, the next day I had another from the fleet. No bills, no drama.

The second battery is a must on weekends. Without it I'd have to swing home mid-shift and lose orders.

Common questions about renting a bike in Czechia

Do I need a driving licence for an e-bike?
No. In Czechia a pedelec capped at 250 W and 25 km/h isn't classified as a motor vehicle — no licence, no registration, no povinné ručení required.
How do I get started?
Fill out the form on the site or message us. We pick a time, you come over to our Prague office, sign the contract on the spot and ride off with the bike.
Which documents should I bring?
Just your passport. A zaměstnanecká karta, vízum or trvalý pobyt speeds things up, but you can start the rental without them.
How big is the deposit?
The amount is fixed and stated before you sign. You get it back in full as soon as you hand the bike over in the same condition you got it.
How far does one battery take me?
Around 50–80 km on average — depends on the route, the load and how much you pedal yourself. For a full shift we usually recommend taking two batteries.
What's included in the weekly price?
The bike, the charger, scheduled checkups, repairs in our workshop (outside accident damage) and a backup bike while yours is on the bench.
What's the minimum rental period?
One week. That's the base billing unit — extend it for as long as you need afterwards: a month, a season, or up until you buy the bike out.
What if the bike breaks down on the road?
Call us before you try to fix anything. We'll figure out if it's a warranty case, pick the bike up, and hand you a backup from the fleet so you stay on shift.

No bike fit the bill? Have a look at scooters

If your Prague or Pilsen orders keep stretching across the city — a scooter will close them faster. Same fleet, same support team, just with an engine instead of pedals.
