What riders say about the Honda SH Mode 125

My first scooter ever — they gave me an SH Mode and I have no regrets. 118 kg, a low seat, intuitive controls. I rode into Marszałkowska traffic without a hint of fear.

Yevhen P.
Wolt courier, Prague

118 kg makes a real difference. I weave between cars in Kazimierz's tight lanes, and a tram track is no longer a concern — the 16-inch wheel just rolls right over.

K
Kostiantyn F.
Wolt courier, Pilsen

The eSP+ fires up on the first try even at -5 °C. One refill a week, a 5.6 L tank — cheaper than petrol for my mum's car.

M
Mykyta R.
Pyszne.pl courier, Prague

CBS brakes are adequate, I only miss ABS on the fast descent off the Bernatka bridge. For city centre runs it's fine.

V
Viktor H.
Bolt Food courier, Lodz

Smart Key — you get used to it in half a day. Walk up, hit the button on the glovebox, it pops open, helmet inside. A whole new level of convenience.

Andrii M.

18 L storage is tight — a full-face helmet fits, but the delivery bag goes on my back. If you need more, take the PCX. The SH Mode is for those who value agility.

Frequently asked questions about the Honda SH Mode 125

How is the SH Mode 125 different from the PCX 125?
SH Mode is 15 kg lighter (118 vs 133), has a bigger 16" front wheel and costs less. PCX is stronger, comes with ABS and a 30 L compartment.
Does the SH Mode 125 have ABS?
No — only CBS (combined braking). If you need full ABS pick the PCX 125 or the SH 125.
What licence do I need?
Category A1 (from age 16), A2, A — or a Czech B licence issued before 19.01.2013. An AM (50 cc) licence is not enough.
Is it good for beginners?
Yes — light handling, a low 765 mm seat and simple controls make it an ideal first scooter for Wolt or Wolt work.
How much does fuel cost?
A 5.6 L tank takes about 205-230 Kč of 95-octane petrol for a full fill, good for over 265 km of city work.
What about insurance and documents?
povinné ručení and 24/7 assistance are included. You'll need a passport or trvalý pobyt, a valid licence and proof of a Czech address.
Who pays for service and repairs?
All scheduled service, oil change every 5,000 km, tyres and brake pads are on us. You only pay rent and petrol.
Can I buy out the SH Mode 125?
Yes — up to 70% of paid rentals count toward the buy-out price. Roughly 18-22 months to full ownership.
